Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Good standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills for recording and reporting tasks.
