Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pastoral care and support to students to ensure their overall wellbeing.
- Stay up to date with developments in Maths education and incorporate new techniques into teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at the appropriate level.
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support a collaborative culture.
Preferred
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural and inclusive school environment.
- Familiarity with the Watergrove Trust and its values.
- Experience in developing and delivering innovative Maths curricula.
- Experience in pastoral care and student support.
