Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Construction and Electrical.
  • Proven experience in teaching within a sixth form or further education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard practices in construction and electrical engineering.
  • Experience with teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Leadership experience or a willingness to take on departmental responsibilities.
