Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Construction and Electrical.
- Proven experience in teaching within a sixth form or further education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Familiarity with industry-standard practices in construction and electrical engineering.
- Experience with teaching English as a Second Language.
- Leadership experience or a willingness to take on departmental responsibilities.
