The Opportunity:
As a Student Records Administrator, you will play a key role in managing student data and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate student records, including enrolments, absences, and withdrawals.
- Support compliance checks and internal audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Liaise with college staff, students, parents, and external agencies to resolve attendance and data-related queries.
- Assist with the administration of student and group change requests in a timely manner.
- Update student data for funding submissions, including ILR and HE data.
- Collaborate with the MIS team to ensure smooth operations across the school’s campuses.
- Support the administration of exams and other key processes during enrolment and exam periods.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of student data systems and reporting processes.
Preferred
- Experience with ILR and HE data management.
- Familiarity with MIS systems and data management tools.
- Previous experience in a college or educational institution.
- Knowledge of attendance management and compliance procedures.
- Experience with student administration and funding submissions.
