As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of teaching and learning by covering registration and lessons for absent colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning by covering lessons and registration for absent colleagues
  • Maintain a calm and professional environment during lessons and registration
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the school day in the absence of teaching staff
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Adhere to the school’s policies, procedures, and values
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
  • Provide a positive and supportive learning environment for students
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
