Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective cover across all subjects, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan, develop, and implement engaging learning activities.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour in the classroom.
- Support the school’s vision and values through consistent and positive engagement with students.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and be open to new ideas and approaches.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Work closely with senior leaders and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
