The Opportunity:

As a Progress Tutor, you will play a key role in supporting student development, academic progress, and personal growth. You will deliver group tutorials, provide individual mentoring, and monitor attendance and achievement. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in academic progress and personal development
• Deliver group tutorials and individual mentoring sessions
• Monitor and track student attendance and performance
• Provide guidance and support to students in need
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other support services
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
• Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress
• Attend relevant meetings and training sessions

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in education or youth support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
• Experience in monitoring student progress and attendance

Preferred

• Experience in delivering one-to-one mentoring or tutoring
• Knowledge of pastoral care and student support strategies
• Familiarity with educational software and record-keeping systems
• Experience within a Multi Academy Trust or similar organization
