The Opportunity:
We are seeking an ICT Technician Apprentice to join a dynamic team and support the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems across the Trust. This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems across the Trust.
- Provide scheduled technical maintenance and support for ICT systems.
- Deliver reactive IT support, including telephone, remote, and site visits.
- Assist with hardware quotations and procurement processes.
- Participate in online and in-workplace training sessions.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure continuous improvement in technical support.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with users and colleagues.
- Manage and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Required

- Basic understanding of ICT systems and infrastructure.

- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
