The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ICT Technician Apprentice to join a dynamic team and support the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems across the Trust. This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems across the Trust.
  • Provide scheduled technical maintenance and support for ICT systems.
  • Deliver reactive IT support, including telephone, remote, and site visits.
  • Assist with hardware quotations and procurement processes.
  • Participate in online and in-workplace training sessions.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure continuous improvement in technical support.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with users and colleagues.
  • Manage and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
