Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day provision of the integrated resource within the school.
  • Assist in delivering a tailored curriculum that meets the needs of individual students.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to enhance the learning experience of all pupils.
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging and innovative lessons.
  • Support the implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the monitoring and assessment of student progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A passion for working with young people and supporting their learning and development.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to working within a multi-academy trust and supporting the school’s vision and values.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant education setting.

Preferred

  • Experience working with children with additional needs.
  • Knowledge of the school’s context and the local community.
  • Experience in curriculum development or support teaching.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Experience in a primary school setting.
