The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day provision of the integrated resource within the school.
- Assist in delivering a tailored curriculum that meets the needs of individual students.
- Work closely with teaching staff to enhance the learning experience of all pupils.
- Develop strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging and innovative lessons.
- Support the implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Assist in the monitoring and assessment of student progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A passion for working with young people and supporting their learning and development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to working within a multi-academy trust and supporting the school’s vision and values.
- Experience in a similar role or relevant education setting.
Preferred
- Experience working with children with additional needs.
- Knowledge of the school’s context and the local community.
- Experience in curriculum development or support teaching.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Experience in a primary school setting.
