  • Stay up to date with educational research and developments to ensure teaching methods remain current and effective.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
  • Proven experience in teaching primary-aged students.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Preferred

  • Experience with child-led learning and project-based curriculum models.
  • Experience working in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
  • Knowledge of educational technology and its application in the classroom.
  • Experience with pastoral care and supporting student wellbeing.
