Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary or secondary education.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection, with willingness to undergo DBS checks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across multiple school sites within the Trust.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching across a range of subjects or year groups.
- Previous experience in a cover or supply teaching role.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with the Church of England ethos and values.
- Experience with curriculum development or innovative teaching practices.
