Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary or secondary education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection, with willingness to undergo DBS checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work across multiple school sites within the Trust.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching across a range of subjects or year groups.
• Previous experience in a cover or supply teaching role.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with the Church of England ethos and values.
• Experience with curriculum development or innovative teaching practices.
