The Opportunity:

As a Curriculum and Timetable Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the school’s timetable and data systems are efficient and student-focused. Your work will directly support high-quality teaching and learning, helping every student reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and produce the whole-school timetable, ensuring it is accurate and meets the needs of students and staff.
  • Maintain and update curriculum and assessment data across the school.
  • Support staff in using data effectively to drive student progress and achievement.
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure smooth implementation of the timetable and data systems.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to data accuracy and timetabling conflicts.
  • Monitor and report on data trends to inform school-wide improvements.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align timetabling and data practices with school objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing complex data and timetabling systems.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confident use of ICT tools and data management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with curriculum planning and assessment processes.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL) or similar.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
