The Opportunity:
As a Curriculum and Timetable Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the school’s timetable and data systems are efficient and student-focused. Your work will directly support high-quality teaching and learning, helping every student reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and produce the whole-school timetable, ensuring it is accurate and meets the needs of students and staff.
- Maintain and update curriculum and assessment data across the school.
- Support staff in using data effectively to drive student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure smooth implementation of the timetable and data systems.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data accuracy and timetabling conflicts.
- Monitor and report on data trends to inform school-wide improvements.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align timetabling and data practices with school objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in managing complex data and timetabling systems.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident use of ICT tools and data management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
- Familiarity with curriculum planning and assessment processes.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL) or similar.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
