The Opportunity:

As a Curriculum Transition Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that all schools within the trust have a compliant, coherent, and ambitious curriculum framework. This is an exciting opportunity to influence curriculum development across both primary and secondary phases, supporting schools in aligning their practice with national expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and quality assure curriculum development across the trust.
  • Support schools in refining their curriculum intent, implementation, and impact.
  • Ensure compliance with national standards and Ofsted requirements.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to drive curriculum consistency and excellence.
  • Analyse data to inform curriculum improvements and decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and advice to school staff on curriculum frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain systems and procedures for curriculum management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the trust.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks and Ofsted requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Experience in education, with a focus on curriculum development.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • High level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership or management role within education.
  • Background in curriculum design or development.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability to support and mentor others.
  • Familiarity with initial teacher training and professional development.
