The Opportunity:
As a Curriculum Transition Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that all schools within the trust have a compliant, coherent, and ambitious curriculum framework. This is an exciting opportunity to influence curriculum development across both primary and secondary phases, supporting schools in aligning their practice with national expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and quality assure curriculum development across the trust.
- Support schools in refining their curriculum intent, implementation, and impact.
- Ensure compliance with national standards and Ofsted requirements.
- Work closely with senior leaders to drive curriculum consistency and excellence.
- Analyse data to inform curriculum improvements and decision-making.
- Provide guidance and advice to school staff on curriculum frameworks.
- Develop and maintain systems and procedures for curriculum management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the trust.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experience in education, with a focus on curriculum development.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Preferred
- Experience in a leadership or management role within education.
- Background in curriculum design or development.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to support and mentor others.
- Familiarity with initial teacher training and professional development.
