Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of maths lessons to students across key stages.
• Work closely with the Maths Faculty and SEN team to ensure inclusive and effective teaching.
• Model excellent teaching practice and contribute to staff development.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of maths resources and materials.
• Provide individualised support to students requiring additional help.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of maths strategies.
• Monitor and assess student progress in line with school targets.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant teaching or support experience in a school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

• Experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Experience in a school or educational trust environment.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
