The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors.
- Manage administrative tasks and support the school’s daily operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the coordination of school events and activities.
- Support the implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and software used in the school.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and services provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall school experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Experience of working within an educational environment.
- Knowledge of IT software packages such as MS Office and databases.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering outstanding customer service in an educational setting.
- Understanding of school processes and systems for effective customer care.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to develop relationships across the school community.
