The Opportunity:

As a Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and improving data systems, processes, and reporting frameworks across the Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality, consistency, and insight across all schools. You will lead key data initiatives and help embed a culture of best practice in data use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve data systems, processes, and reporting frameworks across the Group.
  • Own the delivery of new data initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation and ongoing improvement.
  • Set and maintain best practice standards for data system/product use across the Group.
  • Lead Group-level reporting and ensure data quality, consistency, and insight are embedded across all schools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and support the development of data strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate data performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users across the Group on data system usage.
  • Contribute to the development of training and documentation to support data best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in data operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience in managing and improving data systems and processes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and deliver data initiatives from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with data quality and consistency initiatives.
  • Familiarity with educational sector data systems and reporting.
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools or reporting software.
  • Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the education sector.
