Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic academic leadership and support the school’s transition to co-education
  • Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and policy across the school
  • Ensure quality assurance and maintain high academic standards
  • Lead safeguarding initiatives and promote a culture of safety and well-being
  • Manage and support academic staff, providing guidance and professional development
  • Contribute to the Senior Leadership Team and help shape whole-school strategy

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in academic leadership within a school setting
  • Strong background in curriculum development and assessment
  • Experience in managing and leading academic staff
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being
  • Ability to work effectively within a senior leadership team
