Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all music-related activities across the school.
- Develop and implement a vision for curricular and co-curricular music provision.
- Organize and manage a diverse range of performances, including scholars concerts, solo and ensemble events, and major school celebrations.
- Create and maintain a positive and inspiring learning environment for students.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate music into the broader educational experience.
- Ensure the highest standards of musical excellence and performance quality.
- Support the development of students’ musical talents and confidence.
- Promote the school’s music program externally through events and outreach.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a music education setting.
- Strong background in music performance, teaching, or administration.
- Experience in managing and coordinating large-scale musical events and performances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering student development and engagement.
Preferred
