Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision that ensures high standards of teaching and learning for all students.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and aspirational environment that supports the emotional and academic needs of every child.
  • Promote collaboration and leadership across the school, ensuring strong communication with staff, parents, and governors.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential.
  • Represent the school in the community, building strong relationships with parents, local organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the school meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, including safeguarding and Ofsted standards.
  • Support the ongoing development of the school's facilities and resources to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated success in raising educational standards and improving student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience of working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organization.
  • Familiarity with the Professional Growth model or similar staff development frameworks.
  • Experience in driving innovation and leading school improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education practices and strategies for supporting diverse student needs.
