Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sports strategy aligned with the school’s mission and values.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of all sports programs, competitions, and events.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to sports staff, coaches, and athletes.
  • Ensure the promotion and participation of students in a wide range of sporting activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate sport into the broader educational experience.

  • Promote inclusivity, safety, and well-being in all sporting activities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and impact of the sports program.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in a sports or education setting.
  • Strong understanding of school sports management and student development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing sports teams and events.
  • Commitment to promoting physical well-being and character development.

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar role at an independent or preparatory school.
