The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a dynamic and engaging drama curriculum.
- Lead and manage a team of drama teachers and support staff.
- Coordinate and supervise drama productions and performances.
- Foster student creativity, confidence, and performance skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate drama across the curriculum.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all drama-related activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress and achievement in drama.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a drama or arts department.
- Strong teaching experience in drama at the senior school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement creative curricula.
- Commitment to student well-being and holistic education.
Preferred
- Experience in directing and producing drama performances.
- Knowledge of drama techniques and pedagogical approaches.
