Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a high-quality, evidence-based curriculum for early years learners.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Hold an Early Years Level 6 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate excellent teaching practice and strong knowledge of child development.
  • Be warm, enthusiastic, professional, and highly organised.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Show a strong commitment to pastoral care and safeguarding.

Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum development and early years teaching.
  • Experience in a co-educational setting.
  • Enthusiasm for character education and holistic development.
  • Experience with collaborative working and professional development.
