Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a high-quality, evidence-based curriculum for early years learners.

- Build strong, positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and students.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to pastoral care and safeguarding.

- Maintain high expectations for children’s learning and behaviour.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Hold an Early Years Level 6 qualification (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate excellent teaching practice and strong knowledge of child development.
- Be warm, enthusiastic, professional, and highly organised.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Show a strong commitment to pastoral care and safeguarding.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and early years teaching.
- Experience in a co-educational setting.
- Enthusiasm for character education and holistic development.
- Experience with collaborative working and professional development.
