The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the early development of young children. This is a unique opportunity to work in an environment that prioritizes the well-being and learning of children from 3 months to 4 years, with a focus on building confidence, creativity, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of children through a 'rhythm of the day' approach, focusing on emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a rich and varied curriculum tailored to the needs of young learners.
  • Maintain detailed records of children's progress and communicate regularly with parents and carers.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Participate in staff training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
  • Work flexibly across 52 weeks of the year, with options for 38 or 52-week employment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
  • A valid means of transport

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or nursery setting with a structured curriculum
  • Knowledge of early childhood development theories
  • Experience with the Inspired Education Group or similar international schools
  • Fluency in a second language
