Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess children's progress regularly, using this information to inform teaching and support strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in early years education.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Preferred
- Experience in a school setting with a focus on early years education.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
- Experience with pastoral care and supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Passion for fostering creativity and curiosity in young learners.
