Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education that promotes curiosity, creativity, and emotional well-being.
  • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities that support children’s holistic growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress regularly, using this information to inform teaching and support strategies.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in early years education.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school setting with a focus on early years education.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
  • Experience with pastoral care and supporting children with diverse learning needs.
  • Passion for fostering creativity and curiosity in young learners.
