The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education in a nurturing and stimulating environment. You will support the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners, helping them build a strong foundation for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a nurturing and inspiring environment that encourages exploration and a love of learning.
  • Use effective formative assessment strategies to observe and track children’s developmental progress.
  • Collaborate with the EYFS team to plan and develop continuous provision.
  • Support the holistic well-being of children and promote the school’s values and routines.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents through regular communication on children’s progress.
  • Participate actively in school events, professional development, and wider initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
  • Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • Fluent English speaker.

Preferred

  • Experience with the Curiosity Approach.
  • Experience working in a bilingual educational setting.
  • Experience with AI-driven learning tools.
  • Experience with pastoral care and student support programs.
