Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports student progress.
  • Use effective assessment strategies to monitor, track, and report on student attainment and progress.
  • Contribute to planning, curriculum development, and collaborative year-group work.
  • Support the pastoral needs of students and promote the school’s values and behaviour expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student achievements and areas for development.
  • Participate in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
  • Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • Fluent English speaker.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI-driven learning tools.
  • Background in pastoral care or student support.
  • Experience in a bilingual education setting.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience.
