The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Economics lessons to KS5 students, with a focus on student progression and university readiness.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and learning.
• Support students in achieving excellent results and preparing for higher education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
• Contribute to the school’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
• Assist with the delivery of other subjects, such as Business Studies, where required.

• Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Economics.
• Experience teaching Economics at A Level or equivalent.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to student achievement and academic excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching Business Studies or related subjects.
