The Opportunity:

As an Education Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the academic vision of a growing international school network. This leadership position is ideal for someone with experience in curriculum development, teaching and learning, and school improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead academic quality assurance and curriculum alignment across international partner schools.
  • Support leadership development and provide guidance to Heads and senior leadership teams.
  • Oversee school start-up support and ensure alignment with the school’s academic ethos and standards.
  • Develop and implement collaborative academic initiatives and professional learning opportunities.
  • Strengthen the global educational community through pupil partnerships and strategic academic programs.
  • Ensure alignment with the school’s international expansion goals and strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and partner schools to maintain consistent academic standards.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative teaching and learning strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Head, Head, or equivalent leader.
  • Strong track record in curriculum development and whole-school improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership in academic quality assurance and school improvement.
  • Experience working within an international education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with international school start-up or expansion projects.
  • Familiarity with global educational standards and best practices.
  • Experience in professional learning and teacher development.
  • Strong understanding of international education partnerships.
