The Opportunity:
As the Education Director, you will lead and shape the academic vision of a rapidly expanding international network. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the quality and direction of education across multiple schools, ensuring alignment with the school’s core values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic strategies that reflect the school’s ethos across the international network.
- Provide leadership and support to Heads and senior leadership teams in international schools.
- Strengthen teaching, learning, pastoral care, and safeguarding practices globally.
- Foster collaboration between the UK school and international campuses.
- Support the recruitment, development, and growth of staff and future leaders.
- Ensure consistency in academic standards and curricular delivery across all locations.
- Promote the school’s educational principles and values in new and diverse cultural contexts.
- Facilitate the integration of new schools into the international network.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven senior leadership experience in British independent education.
- Demonstrated expertise in international educational settings.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and academic leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in school management and strategic planning.
- Commitment to safeguarding and pastoral care.
Preferred
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and international travel.
- Familiarity with educational programs in Asia or Southeast Asia.
