Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English language instruction to students across a range of age groups and abilities.
• Design and implement engaging, differentiated lesson plans that align with the school’s Positive Education philosophy.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s curriculum and extra-curricular activities.
• Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of a B.Ed. or equivalent, along with a B.A. and PGCE or QTS.
• A recognized EAL-related qualification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA.
• Proven mainstream teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to Positive Education and character development in students.
• Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.

Preferred

• Experience teaching in a school following the National Curriculum of England or similar international curricula.
• Background in delivering extra-curricular activities or student support programs.
• Experience with AI-integrated teaching or innovative pedagogical approaches.
• Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes in English language learning.
