The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Arabic Teacher to join our accomplished primary department. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a supportive and innovative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Arabic to primary students in line with the British curriculum and school policies.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that promote student progress and achievement.
• Assess, record, and report on student performance regularly.
• Use data to inform teaching strategies and provide timely interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curricular initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication with parents through reports and parent-teacher meetings.
• Support the school’s commitment to cultural awareness and UAE initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to departmental goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant qualifications and QTS (BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching in British curriculum schools at the primary level.
• Strong understanding of assessment and examination requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and share best practices.

Preferred

• Experience with curriculum innovation and professional development.
• Familiarity with the DSIB inspection framework.
• Experience in teaching Arabic as a second language.
• Willingness to take on leadership roles within the department.
