Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching that motivates learners of all abilities.
  • Monitor and track student progress to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree and a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience in delivering Functional Skills and GCSE English courses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working in the Further Education sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Experience with teaching adults and 16-18 year olds.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools.
