- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and valid teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school’s values and ethos.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
- Background in delivering pastoral care or student support.
- Experience with teaching English as a Second Language (ESOL).
- Leadership experience or interest in progressing into a leadership role.
