Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Media and English.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students in both academic and creative areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards and a track record of successful student outcomes.
  • Experience with evidence-based teaching approaches and professional learning.
  • Previous involvement in extracurricular activities or student leadership initiatives.
  • Experience with digital and ICT-based teaching methods.
