Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Media and English.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students in both academic and creative areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and take on additional responsibilities as required.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Familiarity with Ofsted standards and a track record of successful student outcomes.
- Experience with evidence-based teaching approaches and professional learning.
- Previous involvement in extracurricular activities or student leadership initiatives.
- Experience with digital and ICT-based teaching methods.
