- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Physics or a related subject.
- Experience in teaching Physics at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with delivering GCSE and A-Level Physics.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching other teachers.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities related to Physics or STEM.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary within Band A (£40,317) to Band C (£62,496).
