Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in English.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of all abilities.
  • Experience in raising standards and improving student outcomes across key stages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
  • Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and technology in the classroom.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Background in teaching English as a second language.
