Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in achieving excellent student outcomes and progress.
- Commitment to working as part of a team and contributing to a collaborative culture.
- Passion for student welfare and a commitment to their academic and personal development.
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum design or leadership roles within a school.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
- Background in extra-curricular activities or pastoral care.
- Previous experience in a school with a strong focus on professional development.
