Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in achieving excellent student outcomes and progress.
  • Commitment to working as part of a team and contributing to a collaborative culture.
  • Passion for student welfare and a commitment to their academic and personal development.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum design or leadership roles within a school.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
  • Background in extra-curricular activities or pastoral care.
  • Previous experience in a school with a strong focus on professional development.
