Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, creative lessons.
  • Experience in assessing and providing feedback to students to support their learning.
  • Commitment to student well-being and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to teaching.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESOL) or working with diverse student groups.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and the use of technology in the classroom.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives or training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
