The Opportunity:
As an Estates Administrator, you will support the Estates Manager and Head of Operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, flexible and enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth running of operations at the school’s various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Estates Manager and Head of Operations with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage and prioritise a wide range of responsibilities across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to estates and operations.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and projects across the school sites.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all sites.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the overall mission and goals of the school.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Experience in a similar administrative or support role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with property management systems.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
