Summary:

The Opportunity:

As an Estates Administrator, you will support the Estates Manager and Head of Operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, flexible and enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth running of operations at the school’s various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Estates Manager and Head of Operations with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage and prioritise a wide range of responsibilities across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to estates and operations.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events and projects across the school sites.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all sites.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the overall mission and goals of the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with property management systems.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
