The Opportunity:
As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and elevating a wide range of events that showcase the school to internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, ensuring they are seamless and impactful.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align event goals with the school's mission and values.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for all events, from small gatherings to large-scale functions.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas that enhance the school’s reputation and engagement.
- Ensure a high standard of service and experience for all attendees, both students and guests.
- Maintain detailed records and reports on event performance and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Senior Deputy Head and other departments to support school-wide initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in a school or educational setting is highly desirable.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within event management.
- Familiarity with educational institutions and their unique event needs.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to event planning.
