The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and support the school’s operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate communication between staff, students, and parents.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies.
  • Support the implementation of school initiatives and programs.
  • Assist with the management of school systems, including SIMS.
  • Provide administrative support across multiple campuses when required.
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in a busy administrative environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a diverse workload.
  • High level of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Preferred

  • Experience with SIMS and working with SEN students.
  • Awareness and empathy towards the barriers faced by learners with complex needs.
  • Experience in a special educational needs setting.

Compensation & Benefits:
