As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and secure conduct of examinations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct examinations in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the examination process at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff during examinations.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any issues promptly.
  • Support the Examinations Officer in the management of examination procedures.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures set by awarding bodies and the school.
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of examination materials.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A good general level of education.
  • Ability to work to predetermined instructions and follow procedures.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with both students and adults.
  • A calm and patient disposition.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Previous experience working with young people.
  • Experience in an educational or administrative setting.
  • Flexibility to work during peak examination periods.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate of £13.11 per hour.
