The Opportunity:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that examinations are conducted fairly and in accordance with guidelines. Your work will support students in achieving their full potential in a structured and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students and ensure they follow examination regulations
• Patrol examination rooms and maintain a secure and orderly environment
• Assist with the distribution and collection of examination materials
• Support the accurate completion of registers and incident logs
• Ensure the correct student-to-staff ratio is maintained
• Report any incidents and support students with any issues that arise
• Collaborate with the invigilation team and assist the Exam Inspector when required
• Ensure the secure delivery and return of examination materials

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to examination guidelines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Flexibility to work during peak exam periods
• Commitment to maintaining a fair and secure examination environment

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational or examination setting
• Experience with JCQ guidelines or similar examination procedures
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience working in a team environment
