The Opportunity:

We are looking for dedicated Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations during the summer of 2026. This is a flexible role that offers a great opportunity for those seeking part-time work during the exam period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in examination rooms to ensure compliance with examination standards
• Issue and collect examination papers in accordance with procedures
• Assist with general administrative duties during exams
• Maintain a professional and authoritative presence throughout the exam period
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students and colleagues
• Adhere to all safety and safeguarding guidelines
• Support the smooth running of the examination schedule as required
• Attend training sessions to ensure full understanding of responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Strong communication skills with students and colleagues
• A professional attitude and a good standard of literacy and numeracy
• Availability for the full exam period from 7 May to 19 June 2026

Preferred

• Previous experience in an exam or educational setting
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection policies
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons or both
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
