The Opportunity:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in supporting students during internal and external examinations. You will ensure that exams are conducted in a fair and regulated manner, while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence in the exam environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all exam regulations are strictly followed during internal and external examinations
• Assist in the setup of exam rooms and the distribution of examination materials
• Monitor students during exams with attention to detail and a professional demeanor
• Maintain a calm and focused environment throughout the exam session
• Report any incidents or concerns to the Exams Manager promptly
• Work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday
• Communicate effectively with students and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure all exam materials are securely stored and handled in accordance with school policy

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
• Punctuality and a high level of reliability
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students

Preferred

• Previous experience in invigilating exams in an educational setting
• Experience in a school or college environment
• Understanding of exam regulations and procedures
