As a Hockey Coach, you will inspire and develop the next generation of talented hockey players. This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced coach who is committed to delivering high-quality coaching sessions and fostering a love of the sport in students of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality coaching sessions to both junior and senior students.
• Develop the fundamental skills of girls in hockey through structured and progressive training.
• Run clubs and support teams during fixtures and tournaments throughout the year.
• Work flexibly across different times of the day, including before, during, and after school.
• Encourage student participation and commitment to hockey at all levels.
• Support the school’s sporting success and maintain high standards of coaching.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall sporting experience for students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in coaching hockey at a high standard.
• Strong knowledge of hockey techniques and strategies.
• Ability to work with girls of all ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to student development and sporting excellence.

Preferred

• Experience in coaching at a competitive or professional level.
• Familiarity with tournament organisation and fixture management.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
• Flexibility to work across different times of the day.
