As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that lunchtime periods are both safe and enjoyable for students. You will help foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere while working closely with other staff members to support student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during lunch breaks to ensure their safety and well-being
• Encourage positive behavior and promote a friendly and inclusive environment
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to support school policies and procedures
• Assist in managing lunchtime activities and transitions
• Monitor and report on student behavior and any incidents during lunchtime
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed
• Maintain a calm, patient, and approachable demeanor at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided
• Good communication skills with both children and adults
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and approachable in all situations
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
