Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all examination conditions are met in the assigned room.
- Monitor students to ensure they follow instructions and maintain appropriate behavior.
- Provide clear guidance on test procedures and rules.
- Maintain a calm and focused environment throughout the examination.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant authority.
- Ensure all examination materials are properly secured and handled.
- Support the smooth running of the assessment process.
- Assist with the collection and storage of completed examination papers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in monitoring or supervising students in an educational setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain discipline.
- Commitment to upholding the integrity of the examination process.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an exam invigilation role.
- Familiarity with school policies and procedures.
