Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper conduct of school tests and examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Create and maintain a test/exam environment that supports students in performing to the best of their ability.
• Provide clear instructions to students and monitor their behavior throughout the examination.
• Ensure that all examination materials are handled securely and confidentially.
• Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant staff members promptly.
• Collaborate with other invigilators and support staff to maintain consistency across all exams.
• Adhere to all school and federation policies related to examinations and student conduct.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in a supervisory or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and fairness.

Preferred

• Previous experience in exam invigilation or related roles.
