Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during examinations to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a calm and focused environment throughout exam sessions.
  • Monitor and report any incidents or concerns during exams.
  • Ensure the secure handling and storage of examination materials.
  • Assist with the administration of exams, including the distribution and collection of papers.
  • Support the school in maintaining a fair and orderly examination process.
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff during the exam period.
  • Follow all school policies and procedures related to examination invigilation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in exam invigilation or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain discipline.
  • Commitment to upholding academic integrity.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational setting.
