Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during examinations to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
- Maintain a calm and focused environment throughout exam sessions.
- Monitor and report any incidents or concerns during exams.
- Ensure the secure handling and storage of examination materials.
- Assist with the administration of exams, including the distribution and collection of papers.
- Support the school in maintaining a fair and orderly examination process.
- Communicate effectively with students and staff during the exam period.
- Follow all school policies and procedures related to examination invigilation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in exam invigilation or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain discipline.
- Commitment to upholding academic integrity.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with examination systems and procedures.
